The Situation

A mid-sized Hong Kong online clothing retailer had been reselling for three years and wanted to launch their own label. They had the products lined up, but no visual identity, no logo, no packaging direction. They'd already wasted a month on two freelancers who disappeared mid-project.

The Match

We introduced them to a Hong Kong brand designer who had quietly built identities for two F&B groups we knew. Her portfolio wasn't online, which is why they hadn't found her. First call was thirty minutes and she came back the next day with a written brief the retailer actually agreed with.
