Fast samples, right factory
A Hong Kong apparel brand had placed three sampling orders with a factory found on a B2B platform. Two came back late, one came back wrong, and the founder had stopped sleeping well. They needed a factory that would take a small sampling order seriously.
We called a factory in Dongguan we'd worked with on an accessories project the previous year. They took small-run sampling seriously because their own brand side did the same thing. We forwarded the tech pack and the factory responded within a day with questions that actually mattered.
The brand's tech pack had two contradictory measurements. The factory flagged it instead of guessing. We set up a quick three-way call, the measurements got locked, and the sampling clock started from a clean brief.
Three sample sets in seven days from confirmation — one in each of the brand's target fabrics. The brand signed a production agreement with the same factory for their autumn run the following week.
A factory that asks the right question is worth ten that say yes to everything.
