Lookbook shoot, sorted in days
An emerging Hong Kong fashion label had their autumn collection landing in two weeks and no lookbook. Their usual photographer had pulled out the week before. They needed a full production team — studio, photographer, stylist, models — and they needed it yesterday.
We pulled one of our commercial studios in Kwun Tong, a photographer we'd placed on a beauty campaign earlier in the year, and a stylist who had a model agency relationship. One call each, all three were in within an hour.
The studio was booked on the only day that worked for the photographer. We traded a later booking with the studio owner in exchange for priority on the autumn shoot. The owner agreed because she trusted the photographer and trusted us to return the favour.
Full shoot day with sixteen looks, on-set styling, and two days of retouching. Lookbook delivered five days after the first call. The brand's showroom launch went ahead on schedule.
The hardest part of a creative production isn't the work. It's the coordination. That's where a broker saves the day.
